Mahatma Ghandi once said, "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others". This principle has molded me to have empathy for each individual's unique experience, across all walks of life; all while leading with compassion and understanding. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with substance abuse and alcohol misuse disorder, family discord, relationship infidelity, parenting difficulties, sexual trauma, depression, and career changes.
I utilize Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered techniques to empower and validate my clients throughout their journey, while incorporating Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to support acceptance and change. I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Human Services, with a minor in Psychology, from Chestnut Hill College and a Master's of Art in Clinical Counseling from Immaculata University. I look forward to working with you and supporting you in turning the page to the next chapter of your life.
