Mahatma Gandhi once said, "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others." This philosophy shapes my work as a counselor, inspiring me to meet each person and couple with empathy, understanding, and compassion. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore challenges, strengthen relationships, and grow through life’s transitions.
I have experience helping individuals and couples navigate relationship difficulties, family challenges, parenting struggles, infidelity, depression, and other life changes. My approach blends Motivational Interviewing and Person-Centered techniques with Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients feel empowered, heard, and supported.
I am married with three children and two fur babies, and I love baking and creating nurturing spaces for those in need. I believe in taking things one step at a time and walking alongside my clients as they find clarity, healing, and renewed connection in their lives.
